Our History

Daniel P. Markoff founded the law firm in 1997 and Jeffrey R. Atkins joined the firm in 1999. Together we have more than twenty years of combined experience representing thousands of injured Oklahomans. If you need serious representation, we can help.

We also have an excellent staff of experienced legal assistants. While our main office is located on the shores of Lake Hefner in Oklahoma City, we have offices throughout Oklahoma, in Altus, Bartlesville, Lawton and Stillwater, and nationally, in Washington D.C. We are licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Oklahoma.
