Mr.
Markoff was born and raised in Houston, Texas, received his
undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin
and his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of
Law. He also studied Comparative Law at Oxford University,
and Spanish at the Universidad de Valencia, in Valencia, Spain.
While in law school, he was the recipient of the Raymond D.
Naifeh Judicial Fellowship, and clerked for Oklahoma Country
District Judge Eugene H. Mathews. Prior to his law career,
Mr. Markoff worked on the 1988 Presidential Campaign as National
Advance Staff, and as the Immigration Coordinator for the
Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program.
Mr. Markoff
was one of the first lawyers in Oklahoma to represent
women injured by silicone breast implants and the diet
drug combination, Fen/Phen. During those cases, and others, Mr. Markoff
was interviewed by CNN, The CBS Evening News, Cosmopolitan
Magazine and all major TV stations in Oklahoma City
and Tulsa. He
also represented and assisted Lynn Starks, who with
the help of State Representative Leonard Sullivan,
changed the laws regarding bunk bed construction statewide,
nationwide and worldwide.

Jeffrey
R. Atkins, Oklahoma Attorney

Mr.
Atkins is a native Oklahoman, born and raised in Sapulpa,
Oklahoma. He received his undergraduate degree in business
administration from the University of Central Oklahoma where
he was also a 4-year member of the golf team. He obtained
his law degree from The University of Oklahoma College of
Law. While in law school he received the American Jurisprudence
Award for his academic excellence in Conflicts of Laws and
Professional Responsibility.
Professional affiliations include: Association of Trial Lawyers
of American, Oklahoma Bar Association and the William J. Holloway,
Jr. American Inn of Court. Mr. Atkins is admitted to practice
in all state and Federal Court Districts in Oklahoma.
Mr. Atkins has been married for 15 years and has 2 children. In addition to his law practice, he is very active in his community and church. He currently serves on the board of Infant Crisis Services and the Rose Creek Property Owners Association, is entering his sixth season as a coach for his daughter's soccer team in the Edmond Soccer Club, and co-teaches kindergarten Sunday School with his wife.

Barry
R. Davis, Oklahoma Attorney

Mr. Davis was born
in Havre de Grace, Maryland, raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma,
received his undergraduate degree in 1971 from the
University of Oklahoma and received his law degree from
Oklahoma City University Law School in 1975. Mr. Davis
has maintained a commercial and insurance trial practice
in Oklahoma for thirty years. He is a certified mediator,
trained by the American Arbitration Association, and
has mediated and arbitrated over 1,000 cases.
Mr. Davis is a member
of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County
Bar Association, and the Association of Attorney-Mediators.
He currently serves as Treasurer of the Alternative Dispute
Resolution Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. He
is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma,
the United States District Courts for the Western and
Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, and the United States
Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Mr. Davis has been
married for 28 years and has 3 children. In
addition to his work as an attorney Mr. Davis teaches an adult Sunday
school class and sings in his church

S. Thomas Adler II, Oklahoma Lawyer

Tommy Adler was born and raised in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School. He received his undergraduate degree in Public Relations/Journalism from the University of Oklahoma. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with a focus on Constitutional Law. During law school, Mr. Adler was a legal intern with the Oklahoma City criminal defense firm of J.W. Coyle.
After graduation, Mr. Adler worked as a Public Defender in Oklahoma County in the felony trial division. He represented clients in over 1000 cases ranging from misdemeanors to murders. Mr. Adler assisted in the training of new lawyers at the Public Defender's office and drafted the still-used protocol manual for the appropriate and professional representation of clients. During his career, Mr. Adler has been successful in winning a dismissal or a not guilty verdict for his clients in over 90% of his cases that have been called for jury trial.
Mr. Adler is a graduate of the Western Trial Advocacy Institute located in Laramie, WY where he studied criminal defense litigation under a host of the nation's most respected criminal defense trial lawyers. He has also attended post-graduate training at the Absolute Criminal Defense Litigator's Conference in Las Vegas, NV and has twice attended the Pat Williams Criminal Defense Institute sponsored by the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association.
Mr. Adler is married and he and his wife were the proud parents of a new son. He enjoys traveling with his wife, golf, running, and OU sports. He also enjoys cooking, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his dog.
Mark Kendall Bailey, OKC Attorney

Mr. Bailey was born in Alexandria, Louisiana. He graduated with distinction from Louisiana College with his Undergraduate Degree in Criminal Justice. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Oklahoma City University School or Law. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Bailey worked as a licensed Firearm Instructor and Tactical Baton Trainer for law enforcement personnel.
Mr. Bailey began his legal career in the area of Corporate Litigation. After graduation, he accepted a position with the Oklahoma City law firm of Hiltgen & Brewer. Mr. Bailey successfully defended clients such as Wal-Mart and Home Depot in trials held across the state of Oklahoma. In 2003, he shifted his focus to Criminal Defense Litigation and began work for the Oklahoma County Public Defenders Office. Mr. Bailey was responsible for managing, negotiating and litigating thousands of felony cases ranging from D.U.I. to Murder I. Based on his extremely high success rate, Mr. Bailey attained the position of Supervising Attorney, responsible for training other attorneys in the professional and appropriate representation of their clients.
Mr. Bailey is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas as well as the United States Federal District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma.
Mr. Bailey currently teaches college classes on Jury Selection Techniques and Forensic Firearms Evidence. Traci L. Rhone, Oklahoma Lawyer
Contact Mrs. Rhone Mrs. Rhone was born and raised in Oklahoma, where she graduated from Midwest
City High School. She then attended Oklahoma State University (OSU)
where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Finance. Upon her graduation
from OSU she was accepted into Washburn University School of Law and graduated
in 1993 and passed the Kansas Bar.
Mrs. Rhone began her legal career as a prosecutor in 1993. As a prosecutor
she worked in the Lyon County Attorney’s Office in Emporia, Kansas,
Shawnee County District Attorney’s Office in Topeka, Kansas, and the
Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office in Wichita, Kansas. In
1999, she returned to Oklahoma and continued her legal career after short
interval. In 2001, she became a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. She
began her Oklahoma legal practice in civil law primarily in the areas of employment
discrimination. After a short period of private practice in her own
firm she joined the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office in March
2003. As an Assistant Public Defender, Mrs. Rhone’s primary area
of law involves criminal defense litigation. In February 2006, Mrs. Rhone
joined the Arnett Law Firm where she practiced in the areas of criminal defense
and civil litigation. In November 2006, Mrs. Rhone joined the Law Firm
of Atkins & Markoff as a part of the Family Law Division.
In 2003, Mrs. Rhone was honored to be selected as the Oklahoma Bar Association’s
Courageous Lawyer recipient. Mrs. Rhone is a member of the Kansas Supreme
Court, Oklahoma Bar Association, United States District Court of Kansas and
Oklahoma for the Western and Eastern Districts. She is a member of the
Oklahoma Bar Association Diversity Committee and the Professionalism Committee
as well as a member of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg America Inn of Court. In
addition, Mrs. Rhone serves as the President for the Oklahoma City Association
of Black Lawyers.
Mrs. Rhone’s other activities include serving as the First Vice-President
and Treasurer of the Pleasant Hill Elementary PTA, Recording Secretary and
Chairperson of the Legislative and Bylaws Committee of Jack and Jill of America,
Inc. – Oklahoma City Chapter and Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority,
Inc.
Mrs. Rhone is a Member of Tabernacle Baptist Church were she serves as a
Deaconess, 3rd and 4th Grade Sunday School Teacher and member of the Concord
Choir.
Mrs. Rhone is married to Michael Rhone and they are the proud parents of
three children.
Steve Griffis , Oklahoma Lawyer

Steve Griffis, a native of Oklahoma, graduated from Edmond Memorial High
School. He attended the University of Oklahoma and received a Bachelor
of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in
1987. Mr. Griffis is a 1994 graduate of the Oklahoma City University
School of Law, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Board and the
Law School Board of Governors.
During law school, Mr. Griffis worked for AT&T Wireless Services as a
Contracts Administrator in their Technical Operations Group. After law
school, Mr. Griffis passed the Oklahoma and Texas bar exams, and spent the
next five years serving as General Counsel as well as Project Director for
various cellular network buildouts throughout the nation with the CLS Group. In
1999, Mr. Griffis traveled to Australia managing cellular telephone network
buildouts in Brisbane and Melbourne for Lucent Technologies until December
of 2000.
In 2002, Mr. Griffis accepted a position with Sharp McQueen, P.A., in Liberal,
Kansas, passed the Kansas bar exam, and was named as a partner in 2005. He
served as the Liberal City Attorney and Assistant City Prosecutor from 2002
to 2006 and has also served on the Board of Directors of the Liberal Area
Chamber of Commerce since 2002.
In 2002, Mr. Griffis shifted his focus from corporate law to the domestic
arena and has represented clients in both Oklahoma and Kansas cases throughout
his career in private practice. He has been involved in more than 450
divorce, custody, paternity, child support, and deprived child/juvenile offender
actions. Mr. Griffis has argued before the Kansas Court of Appeals five
times since 2002 (twice for domestic cases) and is a member of the American,
Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas Bar Associations. He is also admitted to
practice in U.S. Federal District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
Mr. Griffis has been married to Angie since 1996 and they have three children,
Riley, Megan, and Nathan.
Jerri Neighbors, Oklahoma Attorney

Jerri Neighbors was raised in Texas and moved to Oklahoma in 1995 after graduating from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications and Human Relations. Ms. Neighbors attended law school at Oklahoma City University School of Law, graduating in 2001 cum laude. She received the CALI award foracademic excellence in Legal Research and Writing III and Criminal Procedure. She was honored on the faculty honor roll and a member of the Moot Court Honors Board. While in law school, Ms. Neighbors worked with the personal injury firm of Norman & Edem, where she continued to practice until 2008 when she began working as a consumer advocate lawyer and then expanded her expertise into family practice as a solo practitioner. She joined the firm of Atkins and Markoff in August, 2009 in the family law division.
Ms. Neighbors is a volunteer for Oklahoma Lawyers for Children, having received the 2005 Mona Lambird Service to Children Award. When volunteering, she represents children whose parents have been accused of abuse and neglect and providesa voice for the children. Ms. NeighborsÕ professional affiliations include the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Association for Justice (formerly Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association). She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma.
Ms. Neighbors is married to Larry and together they have one child. When not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her husband race sprint cars throughout the mid-west.
